Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MomentThings website. However, because our products are digital and often custom-made, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all 'Standard' and 'Essential' plans (template-based), we offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if development work has not yet commenced. If you change your mind before we start building your site, you get 100% of your money back.
2. Custom & Pro Plans
For 'Signature' or 'Pro' plans involving custom design work: A 50% refund is available if requested after the initial consultation but before the first design draft is presented. Once the first design draft is delivered, no refunds can be issued due to the labor-intensive nature of custom design.
3. After Launch
Once your website is live and publicly accessible at your unique URL, we cannot offer any refunds. The service is considered fully delivered at that point.
4. Hosting Issues
In the rare event of significant server downtime (exceeding 24 hours) or technical failure on our end that prevents your site from being accessible during your event, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the service period affected.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@momentthings.in with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We aim to process all qualifying refund requests within 5-7 business days.
